Defective Tire Valve Stems

Dear Customer,

We have been notified by Dill Manufacturing that a percentage of tire valves supplied to Express Tire can crack over time which can eventually lead to a slow loss of air in a tire.  A tire valve is the black rubber part that extends out on each wheel where you inflate and gauge the tire.

If your valve stems were replaced at Express Tire between August 1, 2006 and July 31, 2008 please call 1-888-EXP-TIRE (397-8473) for a location near or use our web based store locator to schedule a time to have the valve stems inspected and/or replaced.
